By purchasing any service from Wolf Forge Digital Agency, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

All Payments Are Non-Refundable

All fees, deposits, setup fees, monthly retainers, project payments, and service charges are non-refundable once payment has been received.

• Social Media Management
• Paid Advertising Management
• Branding Services
• Logo Design
• Graphic Design

• Reputation Management
• Lead Generation Services

Work Begins Immediately

Upon payment, resources are allocated and work may begin immediately, including:

• Research
• Planning
• Strategy development
• Team allocation
• Software licensing
• Campaign setup
• Administrative processing

Because these resources are committed from the start, refunds cannot be provided regardless of project status or completion percentage.

Client Delays or Non-Participation

Refunds will not be issued due to:

• Failure to provide requested information
• Delayed communication
• Missed meetings
• Change of business direction
• Internal staffing changes
• Business closure
• Budget constraints
• Lack of implementation of recommendations

Client participation is required for successful project execution.

Marketing Results Disclaimer

Wolf Forge Digital Agency does not guarantee:

• Website traffic increases
• Revenue growth
• Lead generation volume
• Advertising performance
• Business outcomes

Marketing results vary based on market conditions, competition, customer behavior, and numerous external factors beyond our control.

Dissatisfaction with results does not qualify for a refund.

Subscription and Recurring Services

For recurring monthly services:

• Clients may cancel future billing according to the terms of their agreement.
• Previously processed payments remain non-refundable.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Services will continue through the paid billing period unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services that have been delivered, started, scheduled, or made available.

Any payment dispute must first be addressed directly with Wolf Forge Digital Agency in good faith.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued when required by applicable law or when explicitly authorized in writing by Wolf Forge Digital Agency.

Any approved exception shall be made solely at the Company’s discretion.
